Welcome to thebottomdrawbook.com.au (the ‘website’). The website provides you with an opportunity to browse and purchase various products that have been listed for sale through the website (the ‘products’). The website provides this service by way of granting you access to the content on the website (The ‘purchase services’). The website is operated by Herbie and the Bandit Productions. Access to and use of the website, or any of its associated products or services, is provided by Herbie and the Bandit productions. Please read these terms and conditions (the ‘Terms’) carefully. By using, browsing and/or reading the website, this signifies that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must cease usage of the website, or any services immediately.

Herbie and the Bandit Productions reserves the right to review and change any of the terms by updating this page at its sole discretion.

You may be required to provide personal information about yourself, such as identification or contact details including name, email address, mailing address, telephone number so your order can be processed.

Purchase of products

In using the Purchase Services to purchase the Product through the website, you will agree to the payment of the purchase price listed on the website for the product (the ‘purchase price’). Payment of the purchase price may be made through Paypal (the ‘payment gateway provider’).

In using the Purchase Services, you warrant that you have familiarised yourself with, and agreed to be bound by, the applicable Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant legal documentation provided by the Payment Gateway Providers.

When you are required to pay for the Product and choose to pay for the Product by credit card, your credit card details are not stored by this Website and cannot be accessed by anyone associated with The Bottom Drawer Book and Herbie and the Bandit Productions.

Following payment of the Purchase Price being confirmed by Herbie and the Bandit Productions, you will be issued with confirmation that the payment has been received.

Delivery

We will endeavour to deliver the Products to the address in an accepted Order or request a third party to do so within a reasonable time. You acknowledge that any delivery dates nominated or agreed to by us are indicative only and are not binding on us.

Unless otherwise advised, products will be shipped via untracked Australia Post mail within three days of receiving your order

Any products shipped to customers using the Express Post option will be sent from regional Australia via Australia Post’s express post network which also allows tracking of the product.

Postal delivery times by standard, express post or international mail are out of Herbie and the Bandit Productions’ control.

Return policy

Herbie and the Bandit Productions stand behind the quality of the Product, so do not issue refunds for changes of mind. However, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you may return the Product for a refund within four weeks of purchase if:

it does not meet your expectations or doesn’t match the product description, and where the product remains in a saleable condition, or
the product arrived damaged.

To return the product, please email info@thebottomdrawerbook.com.au to receive postage instructions. You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund pursuant to this cause.
